User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn Developer Policies & GDPR

At PostFlow (https://post.amanaflow.com), we respect your privacy and provide transparent, automated, and manual options to permanently delete your data, revoke OAuth tokens, and remove all associated media files from our servers.

1 Method 1: Instant Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

You can immediately delete any connected social media account, associated tokens, and draft data directly from your dashboard:

Log in to your Postiz workspace at https://post.amanaflow.com/auth.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Locate the channel you wish to remove (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Click the Delete / Disconnect (Trash) icon next to the channel.
Confirm the action. Our system will immediately purge the access tokens, refresh tokens, and channel identifiers from our database.

2 Method 2: Revoke Access Directly from Social Platforms

You can also revoke Amana Flow Postiz's permissions directly through the native settings of each social network:

TikTok

Open TikTok app → Profile → Settings & Privacy → Security & Permissions → Apps and Services → Select Amana Flow → Click Remove Access.

Facebook / Meta

Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Select Amana Flow → Click Remove.

Google / YouTube

Visit Google Account Permissions → Select Postiz → Click Remove Access.

Go to LinkedIn Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Permitted Services → Locate Postiz → Click Remove.

3 Method 3: Request Full Workspace & Account Purge

If you want us to completely erase your entire user profile, workspace history, scheduled posts, and all media uploads from our database and backups, please submit a deletion request:

Send an email to: privacy@amanaflow.com or support@amanaflow.com.
Subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email].
Include your registered email address and organization name.
Our data engineering team will execute the database purge within 24-48 hours and send you a confirmation of complete eradication.
